About the Provider

Welcome to a Space Where Healing Begins—And You Don’t Have to Do It Alone

Hi, I’m Dr. Solimar Santiago-Warner. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider, and EMDR therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting women and birthing people navigating life’s most tender transitions—fertility struggles, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, postpartum challenges, and identity shifts in motherhood.

My practice is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, science, and a trauma-informed approach that honors the complexity of your story. Whether you're grieving a loss, healing after a traumatic birth, or navigating the emotional rollercoaster of fertility treatment, I offer therapy that is specialized, evidence-based, and deeply human.

What I offer is more than therapy—it's a safe, nonjudgmental space to process your pain, reconnect with your body, and reclaim your sense of self.

🌀 EMDR therapy tailored for perinatal trauma
🌿 Support for PMADs (Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, OCD & more)
🌺 Culturally responsive therapy for BIPOC women and couples
🫶 Expertise in NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Perinatal Palliative Care
🧠 Mind-body techniques that restore your nervous system and your hope

You deserve care that sees the whole you—not just the symptoms. Let’s work together to help you heal, feel safe again in your body, and move forward with clarity and strength.
